On March, 24th, 2026, at Hanoi campus, Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology (PTIT)  launched an online meeting with professors at Tsinghua University (China) focused on collaboration in AI application in education.

In the meeting, Associate Professor, Doctor Tran Quang Anh, Vice President of the Institute, emphasized PTIT’s position as a national key university for technology and innovation, and highly appreciated Tsinghua University’s pioneering and leading role in technology research and development in China and Asia. In the spirit of open cooperation, PTIT is looking forward to the potential collaboration between PTIT and Tsinghua University, especially in promoting AI research capabilities.

In agreement with the Academy’s viewpoint, Mr. Li Yifan, Senior Manager of the Online Training Center at Tsinghua University, expressed that the two universities have many opportunities for cooperation and suggested increasing contact and mutual understanding to lay the foundation for future joint ideas and projects. In addition, during the exchange, Associate Professor Li Tiefu and Associate Professor Wang Shuaiguo from Tsinghua University introduced achievements in AI research and application in education, notably AI teaching assistants and virtual fabs that help students design AI agents to support research and design of integrated circuits efficiently and save time before practical application.

The meeting took place in an open exchange between faculty representatives from the Academy’s departments and institutes and professors from Tsinghua University, thereby generating many ideas for cooperation and experience sharing between the two universities. Both sides agreed to continue holding more direct exchanges between the Academy and Tsinghua University, laying the foundation for practical cooperation between the two institutions in the near future.
