Recently in Hanoi, Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1 of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) organized a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with Misa Corporation on collaboration in training and developing human resources in the field of finance and accounting.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of PTIT; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Viet Duc, Head of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1; Ms. Ha Thanh Lua, Director of Misa’s Hanoi office; as well as representatives from various departments and a large number of students from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1.

Collaboration Agreement Details
Under the signed agreement, PTIT and Misa will collaborate in organizing training courses and knowledge dissemination programs, focusing on practical skills for students. Specifically, Misa will support teaching activities and student research in finance and investment through the provision of materials, teaching tools, expert lecturers, and models. Misa will also provide expertise for the student club’s activities, including organizing scientific events and participating in specialized competitions both domestically and internationally.

Additionally, PTIT and Misa will collaborate on career orientation and recruitment activities. Misa will support career guidance by bringing real-world knowledge and skills into the curriculum through guest lectures and training sessions led by industry experts. Each year, both parties will discuss the implementation of internship programs and the placement of students for practical training.

The partnership will extend to scientific research and human resource training. PTIT and Misa will work together on research projects, with a focus on addressing key issues proposed by Misa. The company will facilitate PTIT faculty members in engaging in practical research and consultancy activities for businesses, as well as contributing to the development of Misa’s new products and services. Misa will also assist in surveying and collecting operational data from units under its recommendation.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of PTIT, emphasized that the collaboration with Misa marks a significant step forward in strengthening ties between academia and industry. This partnership will contribute to advancing the application of information technology and artificial intelligence in the fields of finance and accounting, particularly in the training of high-quality human resources to meet societal needs.

Ms. Ha Thanh Lua, Director of Misa’s Hanoi office, noted that Misa has been collaborating with the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1 for many years by providing software solutions and course content that help students apply technological platforms in their future careers. The signing of this agreement not only opens new opportunities for collaboration but also demonstrates the strong commitment of both parties to the development of human resources in the finance and accounting sector.

At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Viet Duc, Head of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1, expressed gratitude for Misa’s support in training efforts over the years and looked forward to continued meaningful activities that bring significant benefits to students.

Misa’s Contribution to PTIT’s Education
Misa is one of the leading software companies in Vietnam, providing comprehensive software solutions and digital transformation services for enterprises, the government, and individuals. Currently, several of Misa’s accounting software products are being used to teach courses in PTIT’s accounting program. At the ceremony, Misa also donated training licenses for its Misa Amis enterprise management software and Misa meinvoice electronic invoicing software to the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 1. These are two of Misa’s most widely used software solutions among businesses and small enterprises.
