On April 3rd, 2024, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) warmly welcomed a delegation from the leadership of Huawei to PTIT’s campus in Hanoi.

 

The delegation was welcomed by Assoc. Pro. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of the Institute, Assoc. Pro. Dr. Tran Quang Anh, Vice President of the Institute, and representatives from related  departments. The Huawei delegation was represented by Mr. Frank Yuan, Marketing Director, Huawei Asia Pacific Region, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd along with leaders from Huawei Vietnam. In a cordial atmosphere, representatives from PTIT and Huawei exchanged good wishes and warm greetings.

 

 

During the meeting, both parties discussed the direction of future activities, marking the initial steps towards establishing a cooperative relationship between the Institute and Huawei in terms of technology research and human development. The discussed areas for collaborative research and application included 5G technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and other related fields.

 

 

At the conclusion of the meeting, the leadership representatives from PTIT and Huawei expressed their delight with the exchange of ideas and expressed hope that the meeting would pave the way for further development in their future cooperation.
