The Department of Science & Technology Management and International Cooperation of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) would like to announce the 2026 scholarship program for study in Kazakhstan, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

General Information about the Scholarship Program
- Number of scholarships: 03 undergraduate scholarships
- Duration of study: 04–05 academic years (excluding 01 preparatory year for language training)
Scholarship Benefits
- The Government of Kazakhstan will provide:
- Full tuition support
- Health insurance
- Monthly living allowance
- Accommodation in dormitories in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Kazakhstan
- The Government of Vietnam will provide:
- Round-trip airfare
- Travel expenses
- Passport and visa fees
- Additional monthly living support in accordance with current regulations
