The Embassy of India in Hanoi is pleased to announce the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, offering short-term training opportunities for qualified officials, professionals, and applicants.
The programme aims to enhance participants’ professional knowledge and skills through a wide range of short-term training courses, thereby promoting international cooperation and supporting the development of high-quality human resources.
The Office of Science, Technology and International Cooperation would like to inform all faculties and units of the programme details as follows:
1. Programme Areas
Short-term training courses are offered in a variety of fields, including:
- Finance and Banking
- Public Administration and Management
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Agriculture and Environment
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Engineering
- Forensic Science
- Cybersecurity
2. Scholarship Benefits
The Government of India provides full financial support for selected participants, including:
- Round-trip economy-class airfare
- Visa fees
- Tuition fees
- Study materials
- Accommodation
- Living allowance
- Educational and cultural study visits during the programme
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be between 25 and 45 years of age;
- Have a good command of English to successfully undertake the training;
- Have at least five years of professional work experience;
- Have not previously participated in any training programme sponsored by the Government of India.
