On the morning of March 25, 2026, at the Council Room of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony was solemnly held between PTIT and the Quantum AI & Cyber Security Institute (QACI) under FPT Corporation.
The ceremony was attended by leaders from both organizations, along with experts, scientists, and staff working in the key technological areas prioritized for cooperation.
From PTIT, attendees included Prof. Dr. Từ Minh Phương, Secretary of the Party Committee; Dr. Nguyễn Trung Kiên, Vice President of PTIT; and representatives from various faculties, departments, and affiliated units.
Representing FPT Corporation and QACI were Mr. Chu Quang Huy, Chief Human Resources Officer of FPT Corporation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Xuân Bách, Director of QACI; Prof. Dr. Hồ Tú Bảo, Chief Scientist of QACI; along with other leaders and experts from the Institute.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Từ Minh Phương emphasized the importance of strategic collaboration between PTIT and FPT Corporation in bridging academic training with practical applications, while creating opportunities for students and learners to access advanced technologies and professional working environments.
On behalf of QACI, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Xuân Bách shared the Institute’s development orientation in strategic technology domains prioritized by FPT Corporation, and expressed expectations for close cooperation with PTIT in research, education, and high-quality human resource development.
From FPT Corporation, Mr. Chu Quang Huy reaffirmed the company’s commitment to accompanying PTIT in building an integrated ecosystem of education, research, and application, contributing to meeting the growing demand for technology talent in the context of national digital transformation.
During the program, both sides discussed specific directions for future collaboration, focusing on:
- Joint research in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and quantum computing
- Implementation of training programs and support for graduate students
- Organization of internship programs and enterprise connections
- Co-organization of scientific conferences and in-depth academic activities
The highlight of the event was the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement between PTIT and QACI – FPT Corporation, marking a new milestone in their partnership and opening up numerous opportunities in research, education, and the development of Vietnam’s strategic technology sectors.
The ceremony concluded in a formal atmosphere with a token exchange and a commemorative photo session, reaffirming the long-term and sustainable commitment between the two parties.
Once again, the signing ceremony affirmed PTIT’s mission as a national key institution for education and research in information and communication technology. Entrusted by the Prime Minister with the responsibility of taking a pioneering role in developing high-quality human resources, promoting research, innovation, and knowledge transfer to serve the national digital transformation, PTIT will continue to advance practical and impactful programs and projects.
The cooperation with QACI – FPT Corporation not only expands strategic partnerships between academia and industry, but is also expected to deliver tangible progress in education, research, and application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and quantum computing. This collaboration will contribute to improving workforce quality, fostering an innovation ecosystem, and further reinforcing PTIT’s position within the higher education system and in Vietnam’s digital economy development.
