On March 14, 2025, at its Hanoi campus, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) formally welcomed and held a working session with senior representatives of ICTK (Republic of Korea) and Lancs Network Technology Joint Stock Company (Lancs Network, Vietnam) to discuss potential cooperation activities.
Attending the meeting on behalf of PTIT were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of PTIT, together with leaders of specialized faculties, departments, and management units. Representing ICTK was Mr. Chris Koo, Head of Enterprise Solutions, while Lancs Network was represented by Mr. Ha The Truong, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The discussions focused on cooperation orientations between PTIT and the enterprises, with particular emphasis on information security and electronic engineering.

During the meeting, representatives of PTIT, ICTK, and Lancs Network discussed their respective needs and strengths, sharing ideas for future collaboration. The parties agreed to jointly promote activities in cutting-edge technologies, actively support PTIT’s research and training programs, and collaborate in the development of specialized and optimized products and solutions for enterprises. All parties expressed their expectation that the cooperation model among PTIT, Lancs Network, and ICTK would create numerous development opportunities for all stakeholders, and recognized the meeting as the first step toward a long-term tripartite partnership in the near future.
Founded in 2017, ICTK is a security solutions company specializing in Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) technology. Since commencing mass production of PUF chips shortly after its establishment, ICTK has developed and delivered various security platforms to leading domestic and international companies.
