From October 13 to 15, 2025, a delegation from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Anh – Vice President, attended the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) and bilateral sessions in Korea. The event was hosted by Seoul Cyber University (SCU), gathering leaders from over 100 universities and international educational organizations.

Within the framework of the program, the PTIT delegation attended plenary and thematic sessions on “Reshaping university models in the era of artificial intelligence” and “Innovation in higher education,” thereby accessing new trends in university governance, digital transformation, and global academic cooperation. The Institute was recognized as one of Vietnam’s active representatives, contributing its voice to educational innovation and sustainable development.

Specifically, during the working day on October 15 at Seoul Cyber University, the PTIT delegation worked directly with SCU leadership regarding the international joint training program between the two schools, discussing examination work for the first batch of students and plans to expand cooperation in digital learning platform development, faculty exchange, and organizing joint scientific seminars. The PTIT – SCU collaboration model was introduced at IAUP as a prime example of international digital university cooperation, contributing to promoting the PTIT”s image on the international stage.

Vice President Tran Quang Anh’s working trip not only demonstrated the PTIT”s commitment to promoting digital education integration but also opened up many opportunities for training and research cooperation with global partners, aiming toward the goal of building PTIT into an international training and knowledge transfer center in the digital era.
