On October 24, 2025, in Hanoi, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) held the Phase 2 of the 2025 Graduation Ceremony and awarded degrees to 48 Master’s graduates and 750 Bachelors from the Economics and Communications majors, class D21.
Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Tu Minh Phuong, Chairman of PTIT’s Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President; Vice Presidents: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Anh and Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien; along with leaders of departments, offices, functional units, and Institute lecturers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President, stated: The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology is a national key training institution for engineering, technology, and the digital economy, under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a core unit in the national digital transformation ecosystem. Through its process of construction and development, the Institute has affirmed its position as the country’s leading center for training, research, innovation, and knowledge transfer in spearhead fields, contributing directly to the strategy of developing high-quality human resources for the country.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac emphasized: The D21 student cohort in general, and the PTIT”s Economics and Communications majors in particular, are a special class as they entered university during the period of the most intense digital transformation. They have benefited from the results of the PTIT”s digital transformation process, with a digital university ecosystem researched and implemented by the school to support teaching and learning activities. By the end of the course, 750 students were recognized for graduation, including 280 students graduating with Excellence and Good honors, accounting for 37.58%, and 459 students graduating with Fair-Good honors, accounting for 61.5%. Most proudly, among the 750 new Bachelors, there are the first 89 students to graduate in Financial Technology (Fintech)—a pioneering training program of the Institute designed according to international standards, closely linking finance and technology.
Congratulating the new Master’s and Bachelor’s graduates, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Anh, Vice President of the Institute, advised: In the context of the development of artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and automation profoundly transforming the job structure, you should: “Keep the spirit of lifelong learning, because knowledge is the passport to the future. Dare to step out of your comfort zone, because every miracle begins with a brave step. Maintain human values, because technology can change the world, but it is people who decide how that world becomes better.”

Representing the new graduates of the Economics majors, Dinh Thi Diem Quynh, the Valedictorian of Multimedia Communications, shared: “Being able to study under the roof of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology is a great luck and pride for us. Here, we not only access advanced knowledge in technology and communications but also live in an innovative environment where every student is encouraged to break boundaries to create value for society in the digital era.”

Sharing her feelings at the ceremony, the Valedictorian of Financial Technology (Fintech), Vu Quynh Anh, said: “Holding the graduation degree in hand, we not only feel proud but also deeply aware of our responsibility—the responsibility to continue learning and constantly developing ourselves to be worthy of the efforts that teachers, the Institute, and our families have dedicated to us. We will carry the knowledge, skills, and values learned here as precious luggage to enter life with a steady, brave mindset and a burning desire to contribute.”

At the ceremony, the new graduates also presented flowers and bowed in gratitude to their teachers and parents—those who guided and taught them and served as the solid foundation for the new Bachelors throughout their time in school.

Within the framework of the program, the Institute honored the Valedictorian of the entire class and 05 Valedictorians of the following majors: Multimedia Communications, Financial Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, and Marketing, along with 17 excellent students and rewarded 258 students with high achievements throughout the course.
