On January 15, 2025, the 6th National Forum on Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises took place in Hanoi with the theme: “Mastering digital technology, mastering the digital transformation process of Vietnam with Vietnamese digital technology enterprises”. Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) displayed typical research products at the Make in Vietnam digital technology products and services exhibition area.
The 6th National Forum on Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises is an important annual event chaired by the Ministry of Information and Communications to promote the development and digital transformation of Vietnamese digital technology enterprises. At the same time, through the Forum, Party and State leaders sent out messages on the development of Vietnamese technology enterprises to master digital technology, strategic technology, and proposed to take on the strategic task of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, entering the era of the Vietnamese nation’s rise.
General Secretary To Lam attended and delivered a speech at the Forum. Also attending the Forum were comrades: Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government; Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee’s External Relations Commission; Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung and comrades of the Party Central Committee, leaders of ministries, departments, branches, central and local agencies. As a Research – Training organization under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Hoai Bac –President of PTIT, Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Vice President of PTIT and leaders of Research Institutes, teachers and scientists of PTIT attended the Forum.
At this Forum, many contents will be discussed, especially the orientation, policies and development solutions in the coming period on the semiconductor industry and artificial intelligence to recommend the Vietnamese Government to build breakthrough institutions and policies to provide incentives, support, and call for the gathering of strength from the Government to society in the development of digital technology enterprises. The Forum will also propose research and mastery of digital technology to help accelerate the implementation of the digital transformation revolution in Vietnam and bring Vietnam to a breakthrough in the new era.
Within the framework of the Forum program, the Ministry of Information and Communications held the Ceremony to announce and award the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Award in 2024, honoring outstanding digital technology products, bringing pride to Vietnamese intelligence.

On the sidelines of the Forum, the exhibition area includes nearly 40 booths displaying and introducing many digital technology products and services Made in Vietnam by Vietnamese enterprises that master technology and the national digital transformation process. PTIT brought to the exhibition space outstanding scientific and technological results and products such as: Popular Digital Education – PTIT&SCU training program; Digital transcript; Digital university platform; 5G semiconductor circuit, Blockchain-authenticated diplomas and certificates… PTIT’s booth attracted the attention of many delegates attending the forum and was honored to welcome Senior Lieutenant General – Deputy Minister of National Defense Pham Hoai Nam, Major General Pham Tung Hung – Deputy Commander of the Cyber Warfare Command (Command 86), Major General Tao Duc Thang – Chairman and General Director of Viettel Telecommunications Industry Group to visit and listen to the introduction of products, services and scientific and technological solutions researched and developed by the Academy’s scientists.
