Within the framework of training cooperation between the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and Seoul Cyber University (SCU), a delegation of 12 lecturers and staff of PTIT came to study and work on designing and building advanced E-learning lectures. The course took place from December 24 to 28, 2024, achieving important training goals and providing valuable experiences for PTIT lecturers in building E-learning lectures.

Following the success of the advanced e-lecture development training course at PTIT in November 2024; with the attention of the leaders of PTIT and SCU in Korea, 12 lecturers and staff of PTIT went to study and have practical experiences at Korea’s leading university in distance learning (E-learning). The delegation had a tight schedule for 5 days, but they also took the time to visit PTIT’s representative office in Seoul and complete digital learning materials in accordance with the standards of the school they had previously trained (November 2024).

Specifically, on the first day, the delegation exchanged experiences in building advanced electronic lectures with staff and lecturers at the school. The exchange took place in an open and friendly atmosphere between the two sides. The lecturers were able to visually learn about the facilities with modern studios and online training classrooms of SCU. The delegation received attention from SCU leaders, who shared their views on the training program and directly led the delegation to visit the campus and facilities of the school. Also at the opening ceremony, the representative of PTIT presented a commemorative medal to President Lee Sang Kyun – SCU to recognize the dedication in cooperation between the two sides.

In the following working days, PTIT lecturers carried out the steps in the process of building E-learning lectures in the modern and advanced working environment of the university. Each lecturer had extremely vivid and intuitive experiences at the studios in many different forms and types of online teaching. At the end of the program, the two sides had summaries and experiences to continue to improve and develop cooperation between the two sides.

After working days with a high spirit of learning, under the professional and dedicated guidance of the team of experts and lecturers of SCU, the program ended successfully. Following the guidance of PTIT’s leaders, along with the close support of SCU’s leaders, the cooperation program between the two sides will quickly move towards the autonomous stage in building E-learning lectures and developing an advanced distance learning system at PTIT.
