On June 20, 2025, in Hanoi, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and Meshlink Co., Ltd., Korea signed a cooperation agreement in training and research in the field of semiconductors. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Keun Lee, Chairman of KL Consulting Company; Mr. Jin Su Ha, CEO of Meshlink. On the side of PTIT, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President, Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President, and representatives of faculties, departments, and functional offices.

Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of PTIT and Mr. Jin Su Ha, CEO of Meshlink signed a cooperation agreement.

According to the cooperation agreement, Meshlink Co., Ltd. will provide PTIT with free access to its XR Semiconductor Platform, which includes the following components: Full-process MOSFET fabrication (50 steps); Maintenance support (Equipment maintenance); Multi-user application support; Multi-user monitoring system; Real-time class progress tracking; Testing and grading function; Platform operation guide; Content management tool. Meshlink Co., Ltd. will also provide PTIT with free access to its new XR Semiconductor Platform (Version 1.5) when it is completed.

On its part, PTIT will coordinate: Launch XR Semiconductor class; Establish XR Class; Publish event information on PTIT’s official website; Support Meshlink’s product promotion.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of PTIT, said: PTIT has many partners who are large corporations and enterprises in Korea.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of PTIT, said that PTIT is a young university with a fast growth rate. Currently, PTIT has more than 25,000 students. As a key university in the field of engineering and technology, PTIT has many partners who are large universities and enterprises in the world, including many Korean enterprises such as: Samsung, Naver, LG. and from today, we have an additional partner, Meshlink. Currently, PTIT has opened distance learning classes on digital platforms for Vietnamese workers in Korea. PTIT cooperated with Chung Ang University to establish the Virtual Convergence Training Institute. The Academy also established the Vietnam-Korea Center to teach culture, language and working skills in a professional environment in Korea to students. The President expects that the cooperation with Meshlink will contribute to expanding learning, practice and research opportunities for lecturers and students, while promoting the increasingly comprehensive and substantive cooperation between PTIT and Korean partners.

Representing the Korean business delegation attending the signing ceremony, Mr. Keun Lee, Chairman of KL Consulting Company shared: The delegation is very honored to come to PTIT to attend the signing ceremony of cooperation between the Academy and Meshlink Company. He said that this is an important opportunity for Korean businesses to approach and promote technological cooperation with leading educational institutions in Vietnam such as PTIT. The XR Semiconductor platform solution, along with lecture content and classroom management tools researched, developed and commercialized by Meshlink Company, is expected to be a technology that brings practical benefits, especially for semiconductor training programs that PTIT is focusing on developing.
