The program is implemented to contribute to the popularization, dissemination, and enhancement of public awareness of artificial intelligence (AI) in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as in response to the “Digital Literacy for All” movement initiated under the direction of General Secretary To Lam and officially launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 26, 2025.
In her remarks at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc emphasized that in the context of the rapid development of AI technologies,
“an especially important and urgent requirement at present is to quickly disseminate fundamental knowledge of artificial intelligence to the entire population in the most accessible manner, in accordance with international standards.”

“AI for All” is also one of the cooperative initiatives between NIC and Intel to proactively implement Decision No. 127/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister on the National Strategy on Research, Development, and Application of Artificial Intelligence through 2030. Enhancing AI literacy for the general public will enable Vietnam to rapidly adapt to global changes, effectively leverage AI advancements for sustainable development, and mitigate potential negative impacts of AI.
This initiative is a nationwide self-learning program designed for all Vietnamese citizens, including students, office workers, parents, and senior citizens, enabling individuals to adapt to a world in which AI is increasingly prevalent, while equipping them with essential skills for workforce and societal development.

Overview of the event
The program is structured into two main components. The first is AI Awareness (AI Aware), which introduces fundamental principles, practical applications, and common misconceptions about AI. The second is AI Appreciation (AI Appreciate), which allows learners to explore AI more deeply, including AI ethics, responsible use of AI, and its impacts across various sectors.
As an official university partner of Intel and the Knowledge Partner of the “AI for All” program, PTIT will serve as a representative of higher education institutions in coordinating with Intel to localize, interpret, and organize the entire digital learning content of the program. PTIT will also utilize these learning materials to support short-term and long-term AI training programs in Vietnam. These courses act as a launchpad to promote AI education and provide resources for individuals seeking to enhance their AI knowledge.
Currently, the “AI for All” curriculum is available in both English and Vietnamese. Through accessible online courses, the program not only helps the public acquire foundational AI knowledge but also establishes a solid foundation for the development of digital skills in the AI era.
