On September 3–4, 2025, at its Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City campuses, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) warmly organized a series of activities to welcome freshmen of the 2025 intake, creating a vibrant, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.
From early morning, the campus came alive with the colorful uniforms of student volunteers, along with welcoming banners and posters. New students and their families eagerly completed enrollment procedures, received student ID cards, and collected orientation materials. To ensure a comfortable experience for parents and students, PTIT arranged a dedicated reception area offering free drinking water and light refreshments, providing parents with a convenient place to rest while waiting.

Volunteer teams and advisory staff were present throughout the day to assist new students with information on accommodation near the Institute, including university dormitories and reputable rental housing, as well as guidance on bus routes and public transportation, helping families and students plan their travel smoothly during the initial days of study.
Alongside enrollment activities, PTIT organized a variety of engaging programs such as campus tours of lecture halls, laboratories, and libraries, as well as opportunities to meet and interact with student clubs. From academic, research, and startup clubs to arts, sports, media, and volunteer organizations, all attracted a large number of registrations, promising a dynamic and vibrant student life from the very first year. These activities help freshmen quickly integrate and confidently begin their university journey.

In 2025, the number of enrolled freshmen reached the planned admission quota. Notably, 700 newly admitted students are winners of provincial and city-level academic excellence awards, doubling the figure recorded in 2024. Admission scores for technology and engineering disciplines continued to rank among the top 5–7% nationwide, reaffirming the high quality of PTIT’s student intake. In particular, the valedictorian of the 2025 intake achieved 29.5 points in the National High School Graduation Examination and 88.06 points in the TSA assessment, placing them in the top 0.1% nationwide.
Immediately after completing enrollment, freshmen will participate in the Orientation Week for New Students, featuring a series of informative sessions designed to introduce PTIT’s traditions and culture, while equipping students with essential skills to confidently prepare for the new academic year.
