From January 17, 2019, the Polytechnic network (Polytech) was established by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. A network of 15 public universities awarding Diplomas in Engineering (Diplome d'Ingénieur) recognized by the Council for Engineering Qualifications (CTI). The Polytech network supports high-level research with more than 1,300 lecturers and graduate students working and guiding students and engineers every day, with the participation of experts in their fields of expertise. Therefore, the Polytech network ensures high quality training for students.

Established in 1898, Peking University is the first national comprehensive university in China.
