Conditions of participation:
• Be a Vietnamese citizen
• Students who are studying full-time in all majors at universities in Vietnam
• Academic achievement that meets one of the following two conditions:
– For good students: Have a cumulative average score for all years of university study: from 8.0 (on a 10-point scale) or 3.2 (on a 4-point scale) or higher
– For students with difficult family circumstances: have a cumulative average score of 7.0 (on a 10-point scale) or 2.5 (on a 4-point scale) or higher. The family is in difficult economic circumstances with a total income of less than 42 million VND/year
• After receiving the Panasonic scholarship, DO NOT receive financial support (scholarships, sponsorships…) from any organizations or businesses

Number of scholarships: 20 (nationwide)
Scholarship content:
• Scholarship for one academic year worth 30,000,000 VND

3. Transcripts of all school years (confirmed by the school)
4. Notarized copies of diplomas, certificates of merit, and award certificates (if any)
5. 01 (one) copy of ID card or passport
6. 02 (two) 4×6 photos (taken within the last 6 months)
7. For students in difficult circumstances, additional documents are required: Documents proving total family income less than 42 million VND/year (or 3.5 million VND/month) from the locality or village.
