On April 4th, 2023, the signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (RIPT), Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and the Intellectual Property Innovation (IPI) from Republic of Korea took place at PTIT’s Hanoi campus. Attending the ceremony from the PTIT's side there were Assoc. Prof. Quoc Dung Ngo,  Acting Director of the Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications and representatives from related departments; while from the side of IPI, there were Mr. Hak-Pyun Moo, COO, Mr. Hong-Il Lee, General Manager and representatives from related units.

On April 25, 2024, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) welcomed and worked with the delegation from Seoul Cyber University (Korea). During the meeting, both parties discussed numerous significant aspects related to the implementation of collaborative activities between them in recent years and future plans for cooperative projects and programs.

On 18/03/2024, at the Hanoi training campus, representatives of the Board of Directors of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) had a meeting with representatives of VMO Holdings Technology Joint Stock Company (VMO) and The Hashgraph Association (THA) startup ecosystem to discuss the "Deep Tech Venture" program. 

During the meeting to welcome the delegation on March 13 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Information and Communications (TT&TT), Prof.Dr. Tu Minh Phuong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Academy Council - attended along with Minister of Information and Communications, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung. The delegation was led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from Finland to Vietnam, Mr. Keijo Norvanto along with General Director of Nokia Corporation, Mr. Pekka Lundmark.

On 24th October, 2023, at Hanoi Campus of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), a meeting between representatives of PTIT and Arizona State University was organised to discuss about the potential cooperation on semiconductor development.

As part of the cooperation program between Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and NAVER Cooporation in 2023, Posts and Telecommunications Training Center I (PTTC1) will provide 02 free online courses on Machine Learning for IoT and Intelligence applications artificially for PTIT students on the PTTC1's Elearning platform.

Top ten excellent students from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology were selected to participate in the gPBL (Global Project Based Learning) program in Japan from February 27, 2023 to March 11, 2023. It is the 6th year of cooperation program among Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) and CO-WELL Asia company.
