On the morning of June 19, the Journalists & Public Opinion Working Group awarded scholarships from the “Green Dream” Fund to 3 poor students overcoming difficulties at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.

At the program, Mr. Vu Duc Dien, Deputy General Secretary of the editorial office and Director of the Center for Media, Journalists & Public Opinion – Vietnam Journalists Association said: The “Green Dream” Fund was established in 2022, This year, along with giving gifts to pediatric cancer patients in difficult circumstances at a number of medical examination and treatment facilities in Hanoi; The “green dream” fund continues to award scholarships to students studying at journalism training institutions.

At the ceremony, 3 scholarships from the “Green Dream” Fund were awarded to Do Thi Hai Yen, Bui Thi Huong Linh and Tran Thi Thanh Tam. Each scholarship is worth 5 million VND.

Previously, on April 25, 2024, the delegation of Journalist & Public Opinion Newspaper led by journalist Tran Lan Anh – Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Journalist & Public Opinion Newspaper also visited and gave gifts to patients. Children with cancer are being treated at Tan Trieu K Hospital and Central Children’s Hospital, Hanoi.

The Journalist & Public Opinion Newspaper working group awarded each hospital 10 gifts worth 10,000,000 VND/gift. The delegation also sent more than 100 servings of TH True MILK milk to pediatric patients of the two hospitals.
