Closing Ceremony of the “Young Leaders in the Digital Era” Program – PTIT Bootcamp 2025: Hack to Lead
On the morning of August 20, 2025, at the Ha Dong campus, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) successfully held the Closing Ceremony of the training program “Young Leaders in the Digital Era – PTIT Bootcamp 2025: Hack to Lead.”
This was a short-term training program implemented under the Young Leaders in the Digital Era Scholarship, organized by PTIT with the aim of nurturing and developing innovative leadership capabilities among students in the context of digital transformation.
The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of PTIT’s leadership representatives, experts in technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and especially Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Khuong, Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, who shared valuable insights with the participants.

After an intense and exciting final round, the First Prize was awarded to Team Vui Vui – VCareMind with the project “A Mental Health Care Application with a Virtual Assistant for the Elderly.”
This technology-based solution carries strong social value, addressing the growing need for mental health care in the context of an aging population.

The Second Prize went to Team CARE4U with the project Trustie – an anti-scam application for the elderly, featuring integrated alerts for family members to enhance safety and trust.

The Third Prize was awarded to Team The Chalk with the project STEMIND – a platform supporting the community of STEM teachers, integrating AI to rapidly design lesson plans tailored to real classroom conditions.

After a four-week Bootcamp journey combining intensive learning and hands-on practice, the final products of the competing teams went beyond creative ideas to demonstrate practical applicability and strong development potential in real-life contexts. This clearly reflects the training effectiveness that PTIT Bootcamp 2025 aims to achieve: equipping students with leadership thinking, teamwork skills, and the courage to innovate in the digital era.
From this journey, many new pathways have been opened, empowering young participants to move forward with confidence, take ownership of their personal development, and assert their roles in the future. PTIT Bootcamp 2025: Hack to Lead is not merely a short-term course, but a launching pad that brings PTIT students closer to becoming resilient young leaders, ready to embrace the challenges of the digital age.
