Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology is pleased to announce the 2024 Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Master’s and Doctoral Scholarship Program (referred to as the Scholarship Program).

1. The goal of the Scholarship Program is to promote cooperation and exchange between Korea and partner countries to support socio-economic development in these countries.

The scholarship program assigned to CIAT (Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow) is implemented to support civil servants and public employees of governments to research and participate in master’s and doctoral training courses in Korea. Quoc.

2. The scholarship program has a number of courses related to the field of work of the Ministry of Information and Communications. These courses are conducted directly by a number of designated Universities.

3. Subjects: Civil servants and state employees

Requirements: Age under 40; Good health; Have at least 02 years of work experience for master’s degree candidates and 03 years of work experience for doctoral degree candidates; Have an English proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, with no component score less than 5.5 to participate in the course entirely in English; Meet the admission requirements of the universities applying to.

5. Expenses: KOICA sponsors expenses including tuition, meals, accommodation, round-trip airfare, transportation expenses, extracurricular activities, end-of-course rewards, and health insurance when arriving in Korea .

6. Study duration: 17 months for master’s program, 36 months for doctoral program, starting from August 2024.

7. Deadline for submitting applications to KOICA: Before March 22, 2024.

8. Study location: Designated universities in Korea according to candidate’s registration.
